A vague blog-like thing.

In reference to earlier-this-month’s story of an iPhone alarm interrupting a performance by the NY Philharmonic, more than a few commentators have highlighted a video of violinist Lukáš Kmiťs improvisational response to the ringing of a Nokia cell phone. But only a few of those more-than-a-few have mentioned that the Nokia ringtone originates from the classical guitar piece “Gran Vals” by Francisco Tárrega (see 0:15 of the video above). Harder to play off Crazy Frog, I’d bet.

so in love with this song will reblog it forever X3 will beg my tutor to let me play it for my solo piece this year, hopefully I’m good enough. It sounds pretty damn tough.
